I made shirts

Made these last night with some old t-shirts I found in their drawers.

And these for Amelia so we can take them on our trip on Thursday (coincidentally - I made parker one of the yo-yo ones too but didn't have time to make the bird yet)

Some decorating ideas

We could choose a color theme and do everything (including this cute garland) in that color.

How to for garland

This was one on my friends blog.

Cake Pops for Kristine

I'm not sure if Kristine checks this blog - but if you by chance are Kristine, please navigate away from this page and do not check it again until after your bridal shower. We will probably use it to brainstorm ideas for your big party.
For example: CAKE POPS

We could add a cute tag like this that says whatever we want it to.

And make them whatever colors and shapes we want.

Or we could do something cute like this as a centerpiece with their names - or lovey kinds of words. cute right? (she made these on the martha stewart show!)

These are not appropriate but ridiculously cute so I had to post them.

Check them out on this blog.

Best Carrot Cake EVER!
I made this cake for Easter after I got the recipe from a friend. It is the very best Carrot Cake I have ever had! Tastes even better the day after so you might want to make it a day ahead and put it in the refrigerater or somewhere cool until you eat it. ENJOY! Everyone who had some loved it!

In large bowl:
Beat: 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. oil, 3 lg. eggs
Beat in: 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. b. soda, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. salt
Add: 3 c. shredded carrots, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 can crushed pineapple(drained), 1 c. flaked coconut
You can substitute 1/2 c. applesauce for the oil, 1 egg & 4 egg whites for eggs if desired.
Pour into 9x13 cake pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until done in the middle of the cake.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
