I heard you were talking about having fruit for center pieces. Here are some ideas from Edible arrangements. They are like $75 each, but if we were going to do a bunch of them we could probably do them ourselves.
ash, i dont' really know how i feel now about those fruit centerpieces. they're kind of cheesy (though really yummy looking!). i do like the simple flowers underneath it though.
